A:Yes, the warranty period is 6 months. Coverage includes core engine components. Wear-and-tear parts and failures caused by improper operation are excluded.

Q7. Do you accept engine customization? What is the minimum order quantity for customized products?

A: We offer professional engine customization services and can fully tailor the products to your specific requirements, with a variety of options available for pricing, specifications and configurations. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized engines is 1 unit.

Q8. Will the engines be tested before leaving the factory?

A:Yes, all engines undergo rigorous appearance inspections and comprehensive performance tests prior to delivery to ensure compliance with quality standards. We will also provide customers with detailed factory test videos and real-time shipping photos for full traceability.

Q9. How should quality issues be addressed upon receiving the engine?

A:Should you have any quality inquiries after receiving the goods, please contact our professional after-sales team in a timely manner and provide relevant photos and videos for verification. We will first provide efficient remote technical support to resolve your issues promptly.
For confirmed quality problems within the warranty period, we offer free repair, replacement of faulty parts or even full machine replacement services, with all associated logistics costs borne by our company.
For issues not attributable to our side, we still provide free technical guidance and supply matching spare parts; the cost of spare parts and related logistics shall be borne by the customer.
