A:The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. We will confirm it with your detailed order.

Q4. How to buy an engine?

A. Please provide us with your engine model, required rated power and speed, and application scenario. We will then recommend the most suitable model based on those information.

Q5. Do you provide engine customization? What's the MOQ？

A: We offer professional engine customization services and can fully tailor the products to your specific requirements, with a variety of options available for pricing, specifications and configurations. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized engines is 1 unit.

Q6. Will the engines be tested before leaving the factory?

A:Yes, every engine is subjected to rigorous and comprehensive performance tests prior to shipment. We also provide clients with detailed test videos and electronic data.

Q7. What are your delivery terms ?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF，DDU，DDP.

Q8. What are your payment terms?

A: T/T, X Transfer, L/C, MoneyGram, PayPal, Cash etc

Q9.Do engines come with a warranty? What is the warranty period? What does the warranty cover?

A:Yes, the warranty period is 6 months, covering main engine components. Consumable parts and failures caused by improper operation are excluded.
